ABOUT GLENMAR LABS

We are located in beautiful Southern New Jersey. We are a small Labrador hobby kennel breeding only one or two litters a year. All of our dogs are an integral part of our family. They live, play and enjoy life on our large 1/2 acre back yard and our spacious home. Our breeding goal is to produce Labradors of correct type and soundness, possess a gentle, sweet temperament with a calm disposition. All of our Labradors are raised within our family environment to assure appropriate socialization with people as well as other dogs. Our Labradors are OFA hips and elbows certified, eyes C.E.R.F annually, and DNA certified for color.

We started breeding in 1996 and have had several successful litters of Labradors.  We have shown our dogs on several occasions and attend many of the local lab only specialty shows.  Both Andy and Sophie have taken first place prizes in several events and all of our dogs have their Canine Good Citizen Certifications.  Joan is active in the Mid-Jersey Labrador Retriever Club and we both have acquired familiarity with good pedigrees and preserving good dog traits through careful breeding.  We are very conscious about their food, medical care and mental well being and insist our dogs get the best care and attention we can offer.
